When you join OneX, you can join as a L.E.A.P. member for a one-time non-refundable depositof $49. The remaining balance of $441.00 will come from 50% of your commissions, in the first 90 days. No money will be taken from your bonuses earned. Instead of being a Silver member, you will be a Ruby member. As a Ruby member, you will receive Acceleration Rewards and your first Acceleration Reward is to be upgraded to Stage 1, Tier 1 LEAP.

L.E.A.P. – Now, here is where the fun begins!!

As a Ruby member, when you bring in one other Ruby member, you automatically receive the next TWO Acceleration Rewards. You will automatically advance to Stage 1, Tier 2, LEAP AND Stage 1, Tier 3 – LEAP! Just like that! No more waiting for your rows to fill in.

Bring in one more Ruby member, and you will automatically be upgraded to Stage 1, Tier 4, LEAP! This is just with 2 new Ruby members! and with only 2 new Ruby Members, you will have caused 4 people to receive a commission.

Before, you had to wait, at least until your second row of 16 all upgraded to Stage 1, Tier 2, to get to the same place. Now, all you have to do is become a Ruby member and bring in 2 more Ruby members and YOU ARE ONE STEP CLOSER TO EMERALD!

When you have personally sponsored just 2 more Ruby members, 4 in all, you will be automatically advanced to the rank of “Emerald!” That is Stage 2, Tier 1 LEAP. The goal is to reach Emerald. Can you see how easy it is to get there?

Let’s Recap:

With the traditional OneX compensation plan, you need the first 4 members and they each need 4 members, for a total of 16 on your second row. All together, that would be 20 members, each purchasing Lesson 1 for $5 and the 16 members on your second row purchasing Lesson 2 and upgrading to Tier 2, to get you to Stage 1, Tier 4. When the 16 people on your second row each get their 4 members, you will have 64 members on your third row. You will now only need the first 8 of your third row members to upgrade to Tier 3, which would earn you another $80. Now, you would have enough in your account to upgrade to Stage 2, Tier 1.

Traditionally, that would be 28 members upgrading to get you to Stage 2, Tier 1.
